Operation instructions and precautions for the single-wing drop testing machine
The single-wing drop test machine uses a brake motor to drive through a chain to move the drop arm up and down. The drop height is measured by a digital height gauge, which ensures precise and clear measurement. The arm's up and down movement is smooth, and the drop angle error is small. This machine is suitable for various manufacturers and quality inspection departments.
Operation instructions:
1. Connect the power supply: AC 380V 50HZ three-phase five-wire. The wiring method is detailed on the control box.
2. Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will be on.
3. Press the downward key, and wait until the lifting box reaches the required height (or reaches the lower limit position).
4. Place the test sample on the test plate, fix it with fixtures (fix the sample according to the required edges, corners, and surfaces), and set the desired test height on the height gauge.
5. Press the drop key, and the test item will fall freely. The test is completed (non-professionally trained personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the yellow warning line for any test operation at this time. Standing under the drop arm is extremely dangerous).
6. Press the reset key to return to the original position and conduct the next test.
Notes and maintenance:
1. After each test, lower the drop arm to prevent the drop arm that has been in the repositioning state for a long time from deforming the spring, which may affect the test results. Before each drop test, please stop the motor first and then press the drop key.
2. After the new machine is installed at the factory, add an appropriate low-concentration lubricating oil at the sliding round rod. Do not add anti-rust oil or high-concentration oil or any oil with corrosive properties.
3. If there is too much dust on the oiling area after a long time, lower the machine to the lower position, wipe off the previous oil, and then re-lubricate the machine. 4. The drop machine is an impact-type mechanical equipment. When the new machine is used for more than 500 times, all the screws must be tightened to prevent any malfunctions.
