Out-of-province Services:
For customers ordering products outside Guangdong Province, we use reputable logistics companies with guaranteed reliability to deliver your purchases directly to you (freight and wooden crate fees are fully covered by us). If any accessories are damaged during transit, we will unconditionally replace them with brand-new ones. If the machinery sustains severe damage rendering it unusable, we promise free return-to-factory repairs, with round-trip freight and crate fees borne by our company. Free warranty and lifelong maintenance services commence from the shipment date.
Regarding Out-of-Province Machinery Usage:
On the day of machinery delivery, we will ship the following documents along with the equipment to your designated location: product user manual, delivery note, receipt, certificate of conformity, and internal inspection report. The manual details step-by-step operations for every part of the machinery in clear, easy-to-understand language. For more complex machinery, we provide corresponding operation videos and on-site training services.
