Microcomputer-based insertion and extraction force operation guide steps
I. Objective:
To verify whether the male and female sockets of the product can function properly under repeated insertion and removal forces, and whether they meet the specified requirements.
II. Scope of Application:
Applicable to all products that require insertion and removal force tests.
III.Homework Steps:
1. Place the end of the welded terminal base on the left fixture and clamp it tightly. Then insert the terminal plug with the soldered connection wires into the specimen. Open the right fixture, manually rotate the disc, and when it reaches the maximum travel, check if the right fixture can clamp the specimen. If the handle on the edge of the disc cannot be adjusted further (when adjusting, first loosen the internal hexagon screw in the disc, then turn the edge handle, and after adjustment, tighten this screw), increase the travel (generally, it is better to insert thespecimen more), and then tighten the right fixture to make the specimen on the same parallel horizontal plane. Just ensure that the connection wires of the specimen are clamped.
2. Insert the 220V power supply, press the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.
3. Clear the count and set the count; Press SET to enter the setting interface, press 1 to select parameter setting, enter the count setting page, select 1 for target counting, here set the required number of times, select 2 to input 0 for cleaning, and press RUN to start the experiment.

6. 0-9: Digit keys
7. --: Used as negative number input or decimal point input during setting
8. ←: Delete
9. OK: Confirm
10. SET: Enter the setting screen
11. ESC: Exit to the previous function table

VI. Safety Instructions:
1. When adjusting the position of the test piece, do not place your fingers between the two adjusting molds to avoid injury.
2. Ensure the work surface is dry to prevent electric shock or rusting of the surface.
