V. Operating Steps of the Foot Rest Test Machine: 
1. First, install the castor wheels on the testing fixture.

4. Enter the intelligent touch screen and set the required test values.
5. Complete the test. 
VI. Notes for the Footrest Testing Machine: 
1.Before conducting the test with the castor tester, please ensure that the three-phase power supply is properly connected or plugged in.
2. When installing the load (weights) and the casters, make sure that the bracket is not loose in any way (such as with loose screws). If any looseness is detected, tighten it before conducting the test.
3. When the castor testing machine is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to press and drag the moving plate with your hands.
4. The mechanical transmission parts of the caster testing machine must be regularly maintained and lubricated with oil on a regular basis.
5. After the footrest testing machine has completed the test, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off.
6. The footrest testing machine must not be wiped with corrosive liquids. Instead, rust-proof oil should be used.
7. The caster testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. The machine must not be knocked on or occupied by anyone.
