XQ-896S Frame/Fork Assembly Drop Weight Testing Machine 
1. Scope of application of the frame/fork assembly load testing machine：
It is applicable to tests such as fork drop hammer impact, fork frame assembly drop impact, and fork frame assembly drop hammer impact, achieving multi-functional testing. 
II. Test standard for the frame/fork assembly drop weight testing machine： 
This testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with standards GB 3565-2005 26.1.2, 27.1, 27.2, as well as EN14766, ISO4210, and ISO8098. It is suitable for impact tests on bicycle components. 
III. Test Principle of the Frame/Fork Assembly Drop Weight Testing Machine： 
The principle of the falling part of the front fork frame assembly is that the rear axle connection point serves as the center and can freely rotate on the vertical plane. The front fork is supported on a flat iron plate, positioning the frame in the normal position. A 70kg counterweight is fixedly attached to the straight tube of the seat cushion and stabilized on the straight tube, with its center of gravity falling on the axis of the straight tube and 75mm above the surface of the cross tube of the seat cushion. Starting from the axis of the cross tube, rotate the front fork assembly to move the center of gravity of the counterweight to the vertical center above the rear axle. Then let the frame fall freely onto the iron plate and make a repeated test to obtain the impact of the two times.

This testing machine adopts a frame structure, is powered by an electric motor for lifting, and is controlled by an instrument for the drop test. 
VI. Operating Procedures for the Frame/Fork Assembly Drop Weight Testing Machine: 
1.The entire machine is powered on. 
2. Enter the setting mode. The fixtures will then secure the test product onto the test fixture platform. 
3. Set the required test values. Once the test is completed or the product is damaged, the machine will automatically shut down. 
VII. Notes for the Frame/Fork Assembly Drop Weight Testing Machine:
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply is correctly plugged in or connected. For mechanical devices that require an air source, ensure that the air source is also properly connected. 
2. Before conducting the test, make sure that the product is properly installed and fixed. 
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly. 
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
5. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used. 
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to strike the machine or have anyone stand near it. 
7. The machinery must be grounded.
