I. Application Scope of Tire Traveling Testing Machine：
This testing machine is suitable for conducting comprehensive tests on pneumatic or non-pneumatic tires of light motorcycles, electric bicycles and bicycles, including load fatigue, resistance to walking, walking distance, and obstacle handling. 
II. Characteristics of the Tire Traveling Testing Machine： 
The main unit is manufactured with a welded structure design and is equipped with a horizontal loading system. The drum is designed according to international standards, aiming to realistically simulate the road conditions. The road conditions can be customized with different obstacles (such as horizontal strip obstacles and particle-type obstacles) and different sand particle fineness values. The speed control motor drives the drum to achieve stepless speed adjustment, with the speed directly displayed. This enables tests at different driving speeds. The load sensor is used to measure the applied load. The product's power support can achieve a certain angle of the product's swaying for more realistic and direct testing of the tightness and structural strength of tires, rims, and tie rods.

IV. Advantages of the Tire Traveling Testing Machine:

VI. Operating Procedures for Tire Traveling Testing Machine: 
1. Power on the entire machine and connect the air source. 
2. Enter the intelligent operation mode, and the fixtures will fix the test products onto the fixtures. 
3. Set the required test values. Once the test is completed or the product is damaged, the machine will automatically shut down. 
VII. Precautions for Tire Traveling Testing Machine:
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply is correctly plugged in or connected. For mechanical devices that require an air source, ensure that the air source is also properly connected. 
2. Before conducting the test, make sure that the product is properly installed and fixed. 
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly. 
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
5. It is strictly prohibited to use auxiliary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used. 
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to strike the machine or have anyone stand near it. 
7. The machinery must be grounded.
