I. Application Scope of Drop Testing Machine; 
This machine is used for testing the drop performance of electrical products, mobile phones and electronic devices. It complies with the standards GB4706.8-03, QB/T2994-2008, VDE, and CEE7, as well as the corresponding provisions of these standards. The machine is equipped with a preset counter for recording the number of drops. When the preset count is reached, the device automatically stops working. 
II. Main parameters of the drop testing machine;

III. Operating Procedures for Drop Test Machine; 
1. First, place the product into the test roller. 
2. The machine is powered on, the main power supply is turned on, and it enters the parameter setting mode. 
3. Set the required values according to the test requirements. 
4. Conduct the experiment by starting the machinery. Once the required value is reached, the machinery will automatically stop. 
V. Precautions for Drop Test Machine; 
1.Before conducting the test, please make sure that the power supply is properly plugged in or connected. 
2. Before conducting the test, make sure that the product is properly installed and fixed. 
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be maintained regularly. 
4. After the test is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply has been turned off. 
5. It is strictly prohibited to use secondary corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Instead, rust preventive oil must be used. 
6. This testing machine must be used exclusively by one person. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to strike the machine or have anyone stand near it. 
7. The machinery must be grounded.
