I. Overview of This Machine; 
This machine is suitable for testing the rotation and torsion of rotating and shaft-type belts on televisions and industrial computers. Through multiple repeated rotations and torques, it can observe whether the shaft still has retention force or if the resistance of the shaft increases and causes damage to the plastic body. The angle, speed, and number of rotations can be adjusted arbitrarily with high precision, low noise, and long service life.
