如何正确操作弯曲试验机

Today, we would like to introduce to you the correct operation method of the bending testing machine:
1.The rod of the bending testing machine mechanism is turned to the extreme position on the left side, and the cylindrical storage tank is released.
2. Place the required cylinder into the slot. The test piece should be inserted vertically between the cylinder and the pressure roller shaft, and then pushed into the clamping device at the lower end.
3. The clamping unit can be adjusted, and the clamping device should not be fully locked.
4. Pull the black knob. Through the guide rollers and the clamping unit, slide the inserted test piece to insert it into the position facing the round shaft.
5. Then fully tighten the black knob to ensure that the clamping unit and the test board are securely fixed in this position.
6. Rotate the screws on the bending rod, and the pressure roller will come into contact with the test sheet. The circular shaft will be located below. Rotate the bending rod until it reaches the limit position on the right side of the instrument. This movement will cause the test sheet to bend around the selected circular shaft.
7. The bending test process of the bending testing machine should be carried out in a stable motion, lasting for 1 to 2 seconds.
