I. Purpose： 
This device is suitable for testing the handlebars when the joystick is swinging back and forth. It can be used for testing the handles of skateboards, children's strollers, trolleys, etc., with specified travel or force for pushing forward or backward. It can count the number of oscillations and measure the mechanical properties of the handlebars and whether there is any deformation or fracture in the overall structure. The test results can be used as a reference for improvement. They are based on the American standard ASTM F2264, EN14619, and EN71 testing standards. 
II. Testing Method： 
Fix the pedals or the front wheels or the entire vehicle of the scooter to prevent it from moving. Fix the front wheels of the scooter to prevent it from turning. Apply an open or specified force at a distance of 1 inch from the ends of the two handles. Apply the force in a direction that forms a certain angle with the ground, from a "backward/forward" direction, and then from a "forward/backward" direction. Test for a total of 5000 cycles, with a speed not exceeding one cycle per second. 
III. Characteristics： 
1.The controller is controlled by an intelligent touch screen, and the motor uses a precision servo motor and servo driver, along with a ball screw electric cylinder and the self-developed precise PLC test software by Xingqiao. 
2. Touch screen allows for arbitrary settings of displacement, speed, number of repetitions, force value display, and displacement display. 
3. Testing Mode: Features functions for achieving displacement and returning to position strength, strength fatigue testing, and displacement fatigue testing mode. 
4. Has the function of reducing speed by a percentage of the power. 
5. Features high-speed data acquisition display and the ability to set the interval between acquisition times. 
6. Has the ability to save the specified number of forces. 
7. Has the setting for the time interval between the arrival and departure. 
8. Shutdown mode: The machine will shut down after reaching the set number of times. In case of excessive force, the machine will stop automatically.
